Prodivity is a personal productivity app for managing your daily life in one place: where your money goes, what you earn, what your day looks like, how your training is going, and who owes who money. You add everything by typing naturally, in whichever language you think in. Every Indian language works, in its own script or typed with English letters. No complicated forms, no learning curve.

Yes, and no card is needed to start. The trial begins the moment you sign up: full access to every feature for 7 days, with up to 50 AI entries a day during the trial (unlimited once you are on a paid plan). Whenever you are ready, set up autopay for the plan you pick (₹49/month or ₹299/year) through Razorpay; your bank or UPI app will show a mandate for that amount, and Razorpay verifies it with a ₹5 charge that is refunded automatically. Your plan amount is debited only when the 7 days end, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing. If you never set up autopay, the account just goes read-only after the trial until you subscribe.

Because nothing is being charged for your plan yet. Your first real payment is only taken when your trial ends (or, if you subscribe after the trial, the next day, after the 24-hour notice banks require for autopay), so Razorpay only needs to confirm your card or UPI ID works. It does that with a ₹5 token charge that is refunded to you automatically (it usually lands back in 5 to 7 business days). Your actual plan amount (₹49/month or ₹299/year) is charged only when the free trial ends, and we email you before that first debit.

Because that is what the ₹5 verification sets up. Setting up autopay authorises a recurring payment for the plan you chose, ₹49 every month or ₹299 every year, and your bank or UPI app shows that mandate right away, even though the first debit only happens when your trial ends. The mandate is for the plan amount only; we cannot charge more against it. Cancel from your profile before the trial ends and the mandate is cancelled with it, so nothing is ever debited.

If you set up autopay during the trial, your plan simply begins at ₹49/month or ₹299/year, whichever you picked, on the day the trial ends. If you did not, nothing you saved is deleted and nothing is hidden from you: you keep full read access to every expense, entry, habit, workout and ledger balance, for as long as you want. What pauses is writing (adding, editing and deleting entries, and the AI parsing itself) until you subscribe; subscribe later and access comes back straight away, with the first charge the next day. You can also delete your account, and everything in it, at any time from your profile.

Absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancel whenever you want, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

No, never. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or show any ads. Your expenses, income, routines, workout data and ledger are yours. We use it only to make the app work for you.

Yes. The Ledger tab keeps a running balance for each person you’ve lent money to or borrowed from. Mark a balance as settled once it’s paid back and it stays in your history, so you always have a record of what happened.

No. Prodivity needs a connection. It installs to your home screen like a native app and opens full screen, but your entries live on our servers and the AI parsing runs there too, so signing in, loading your data and adding anything all need internet. If you drop offline mid-session the app tells you straight away, and anything you try to save will fail until you're back online.

Any language. Every Indian language comes first (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Urdu and more), in native script or typed with English letters, plus most world languages. You can mix them with English mid-sentence, and even native numerals work. "aaj subway pe lunch kiya 180 ka" and "இன்று காலை டீ 20" both come out as clean entries, saved in the language you wrote them, so your data always reads the way you think.
