Workouts

Get a full program, log every set, and know what to lift next time.

Describe what you want, like "4-day upper lower split for hypertrophy" or "3 days full body, dumbbells only", and AI builds the whole program: days, exercises, sets, reps and starting weights. Prefer your own plan? Build splits by hand. Either way, run each session live: a clock that keeps running even if you close the app, a tap per set, a rest countdown between sets, and the reps you actually got on each one. Already trained? Say it in a sentence, like "squats 60 kg, 6 reps, 4 sets, felt clean", or fill it in by hand. Every exercise keeps its history and tells you what to aim for next time: one more rep, or 2.5 kg more. Set a target for a lift and each next goal steps towards it. Finished sessions are saved with their time, sets and total weight moved, and you log your bodyweight against a bulk, cut or maintain goal.

Under the hood

What you get

A full program
Days per week, the split, and every exercise for each day.
Sets × reps @ weight
Sensible starting numbers you can edit before or during a session.
Your own splits
Skip the AI and build days and exercises by hand, including custom exercises.
Live sessions
A running clock that keeps going if you close the app or your phone locks, a button per set, a rest countdown after each one, a weight stepper per exercise, and a quick correction when a set falls short of the planned reps.
Lift log
The weight and reps of every set, per exercise per day. It fills in from a live session, from a sentence like "bench 50 kg 8 reps 3 sets", or from a short form, and every entry can be edited or deleted.
Next goal & targets
Each exercise shows what to aim for next time, worked out by fixed rules (not AI) from your last session and how it felt: one more rep, or 2.5 kg more. Set a target like "Squat 80 kg × 6" and a bar shows how far you have come.
Session history
Every finished session is saved with its date, time, sets done and total weight moved, so the Train tab shows your last session and how many you have done this week.
Weight log & goal
Log your bodyweight against a bulk, cut or maintain target and watch the goal bar move from your first weigh-in.
AI credits
Generating a program, or logging lifts from a sentence, uses one of the 50 daily AI entries on the trial (unlimited when paid). Live sessions, the manual form and editing your own plan never do.

FAQ

Workout planner questions

No. Build your own splits and exercises by hand and run sessions exactly the same way. Generating a program with AI, or logging lifts by typing a sentence, uses one of your daily AI entries during the trial (50 a day; unlimited on a paid plan); live sessions, logging by hand and editing your own plan never do.

English, Hindi and Hinglish, typed or spoken, mixed freely mid-sentence. Whatever you write, the entry is saved in English letters: "maine aaj burger khaya 150" and "मैंने आज बर्गर खाया 150" both become "Burger khaya, ₹150". Hinglish stays Hinglish (we never translate your words into English), Hindi in Devanagari is written out the way you would type it on a phone, and filler words like "maine" and "aaj" are dropped so titles stay short. When the AI is not sure it understood you ("do teen sau", a mumbled recording, a name one letter off someone already in your ledger), nothing is saved yet: it shows you what it read, with the doubtful parts marked, so you can fix them and save. You can also choose to check every AI entry before it is saved, from your profile. Notes you type yourself keep whatever you type; a note the AI writes for you follows the same English-letters rule, and an AI tidy-up or spelling fix keeps the note in the script it was written in.

If you set up autopay during the trial, your plan simply begins at ₹49/month or ₹299/year, whichever you picked, on the day the trial ends. If you did not, nothing you saved is deleted and nothing is hidden from you: you keep full read access to every expense, entry, habit, workout, note and ledger balance, for as long as you want. What pauses is writing (adding, editing and deleting entries, and the AI parsing itself) until you subscribe; subscribe later and access comes back straight away, with the first charge the next day. You can also delete your account, and everything in it, at any time from your profile.
